Hi everyone
Sorry for asking, but as I am a complete novis to this and don't really understand all the techincal information can somebody please tell me whether a set of 18" wheels, tyre size 245/40/18 from a 2008 GS450h will fit a 2007 IS250 RWD with no problems?
Thanks
James

IS stock 18s are:
F: 18x8 225/40/18 +45
R: 18x8.5 255/40/18 +50
Looks like the GS wheels are
F&R 18X8 +45
I'm thinking the 245s in the front might rub, and not sure if a 18x8 will clear the brakes in the rear without a spacer. Someone else should be able to chime in![Smilie](https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
Why do you want to run a non-staggered set up on a RWD though?

The SE-L runs 17" alloys as standard in the UK and I want to upgrade to 18" alloys.
I've been offered a set of 18" alloys from the GS, pic below, for £300 with Michelin tyres so would like them on my car.

Yes the only varient of the IS that comes with 18" wheels is the sport version but the vast majority of them have the 17" alloys shown in your picture.
Hi 350i thankyou for your help, can I ask what you mean re if mileage doesn't matter, are you referring to the tyre life?

Thanks IS250FA, unfortunately my car is a 2007 SE-L model so I wasn't aware of what changes thre facelifted cars have.
I have now fitted the wheels and they are running fine, to my surpirse there not rubbing at all and look great. Will try and get a picture over the next couple of days.
