Default Stock lugs

So I'm at the shop mounting my stock 18's back onto my car. The mechanic said that I need my stock lugs and that the lugs that were on my 19's are different. Now my question is if this is true, because I thought they were the same ones.

He is correct...99% of the new aftermarket wheels out there right now either use a tapered or ball lug nut seat, while the OEM Lexus wheel take a Mag lug nut. Google Mag seat lug nuts.
