I can't believe Im even writing this but I I guess I crossed into the dark side. I've ALWAYS owned Japanese cars (5 evos, an sti, g35 coupe and is350). I have my 07 IS350 still for sale so it hasn't actually sold yet but yesterday I picked up a 2011 Mustang GT 5.0 6mt. Has Brembos, Nav, 19" wheels, HID's, leather. Only things I'm missing are the heated seats, sunroof and rear camera. It has 412hp and it feels GREAT. Very quick. I flew from NY to MI to get it and drove about 12 hours home making frequent stops. Got about 22-24 mpg.

My dads gf has an 07 conv mustang v6 and I hate it. It drives like ***** and everything in the interior feels SUPER cheap. I have to say this car is NOT like that. It drives great, feels very tight and the interior is nice. The nav IMO is much nicer than the IS nav. The picture is crisp and the nav works very well.

Plan is to put a 67mm turbo on it by spring/summer. Should be lowered with rims before end of summer!!

Yeah, the Sync system is pretty cool. Bet the bump up in HP has been hella fun! Nothing like tossing in a turbo on top on of it though...epic win! I still can't get over the overall look of the interior though of the new (and older) Stangs.

GL on the 350 sale...it's the exact model and color I have, minus I have a '06.

Great choice! I almost got the 5.0 before my 350 F-Sport but decided to stick with Luxury. If you are going to throw turbos on be sure to get a tranny upgrade because I have heard they put Chinese transmissions in the 6m/t. A guy with a 2010 Roush told me this lol. He looked like he knew what he was talking about.

Mustang = dark side? dont think so~, I had a 89 5.0 5spd, i soooo miss that car, sold her to get lexi rims *sigh*

Very nice! I test drive a '12 Saturday. It's impressive I must say. Handles better than the IS. Not very loud though but I'm sure you'll throw an exhaust on it Congratz
