Default CEL - P0303 and P0420

Hi All,

So I had the P0303 code run up a few months ago. I have started with two things, new spark plug and coil, to remove the CEL. After running it for a day, the CEL comes back on. I grab a scanner to get the code and I get back P0303 and P0420. I am suspecting the valve springs at this point and the P0420 code is strange. Also, I have ran fuel cleaner to make sure that the engine is cleaner too. A thought came into play was to rev the car up and drive at higher speeds to help clean or spark the cylinder. Got home to restart the car and still the same old crap.

The car is a 2006 IS250 AWD with 89k miles on it.

Any suggestions on what could be causing this?
