It's funny though - I didn't notice it for the longest time. I believe I only noticed it when my windshield cracked and they had to remove it off the old windshield and transfer it (it's stuck on with tape). Whoever did mine hid it behind the rearview mirror pretty well.

My XM antenna is mounted on my trunk, its an '06 model. It's small, but I hate the placement. Are most '06 model XM antennas on the trunk lid? I would love to move it because it's just kinda weird where it is, I've had a couple of people ask me what it was. Is it difficult to move the antenna to a shark fin?

Yup... All 06 are like that. 07+ it's in the shark fin. Not sure how hard it is to move it up to the shark fin....

Many people with '06 cars mounted the XM antenna on the rear parcel shelf, on the center brake light and one even mounted it completely out-of-sight (see the second post in https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...f-install.html).
