any difference in reg nav than the nav w/ml ? besides dvd and amp?

just currious if there is any difference from the factory nav/stereo unit than the factory nav with ml system. thanks

the nav itself is the same, the speakers, amp, and the changer (cd vs dvd) are upgraded in the ML unit.
