Default Wheel setup opinion

Hi guys,

I'm getting some wheels for my 2010 IS350, and here's what the shop recommends:

F 19x8.5 +32
R 19x10 +38

F 225 35 19
R 265 30 19

I'm also debating if I should lower on H&R or road magnet .. would the recommended wheel and tire spec look nice with either spring? How much clearance from the ground with either? Any potential issues?

I commute daily so I don't want to be too low, and handling is a big factor too.

If anyone has any pics that would be great!

Thanks so much guys, really appreciate it !

Thats a pretty solid recommendation for wheel specs. They will sit nicely for what i know and have experienced. If i were you, i would go for H&R springs. The drop is not too weak, but not too aggressive. Perfect for a DD imo

tires and wheels sound good, im running 225/40/19 up front and 255/35/19 in the back although I will be switching to 225/35/19 when these go, im getting a little rub and im not even dropped. Im depating H&R, Tanabe, or Fsport springs...gotta just research which wont destroy my oem shocks.

Specs sound good and I'd recommend the H&R's so you won't be the lowest like with Road Magnets.

H&R is on national back order - no where seems to have it. Looks like I'll have to get the wheels, then lower the car ..

I just not sure how flush it'll be .. and what the gap will be like between tire and wheel well / fender.. and if I get spacers later would it make it look nicer ?

After the wheels I'm debating between wald or F sport exhaust / intake.. I only have cash to get either or ..

You do NOT want spacers with that setup!!!! It will be pretty flush already (Which is a good thing ) 8.5 +30 is exactly flush with the fender in the front .... so you are right there. Thats the whole point of getting the right offset - so you don't need the spacer. Its better to run without it...

Tires are also perfect.

I recommend H&R ... just pick up a set on ebay lol... they still have some up I think...

To sum it up - get exactly what the shop recommended + H&R. And in my opinion, you will have the perfect setup...

Thanks for all your input .. !!! I tried to buy H&R from 2 different eBay sellers already, all ended up refunding because they were on back order. Guess I'll just have to wait for 4-6 weeks

How's the MMR wheel quality? I wanted to buy some vossen but couldn't really afford them .. so they recommended MMR instead because they would be cheaper and have similar style ...

Thanks !
