Default Another HID Thread ... I know... need opinions

Want to know what my options are for replacing an HID bulbs. I already did the searching and came up with this

Philips Ultinons - Very Expensive
OEM Philips Xeneco
Toshiba Harison OEM - Not sure if this OEM .. and I can't find these anymore
Garax 6000K

Now I'm would love to get the Ultinons but I got other financial priorities and can't drop 3 bills into a pair of bulbs. I was wondering if anyone has ever tried the Morimoto Bulbs?

http://www.theretrofitsource.com/pro...oducts_id=3180

Priced very good and 5 year warranty and TRS stuff is always legit. Just want to get some input. I would like to get 5000K or 6000K bulbs.

Thanks guys

Garax are good so are M-Tech. I'd stay away from DDM Tuning..

If you are considering the Xtreme D4S HID bulbs make sure to use coupon code "CLGB08" upon checkout to save $20/HID bulb.

I have Morimoto 5000K bulbs in my car, but mines are D2S. They work great, but obviously not as good as Philips or Osram bulbs. You get what you pay for...

You can't use D2S bulbs in D4S HID applications (mercury free bulbs).

AutoDesign:

Are all of your D2C and D4C HID bulbs UV free guaranteed? I know of many Asia made HID bulbs, some are low end, some are midrange with the metal legs supporting the glass, that still creates UV. This will actually damage the projector over time, causing fog and haze on the projector lens on the inside that is permanent. Hope you can clarify this for us. Thanks!
