i was wondering ,i purchased illuminated door sills off member of CL great deal i got but..the led was blue true color i want is white do to great deal i went ahead got it save me some $$ question is has anyone changed out the led and replaced it with white or different color? if have let me know how to before take mine apart thanks!!

I don't think anyone has done it and it probably isn't worth the trouble to be honest. Try swapping for a white set.

yea probably be best way , i have buddy took it apart to day he said it going b pain but he can do it , i take some picture if i take that route

lol it does but i it hard when you have white led all over the car and BOOM! there blue door sills trying match everything

I wouldn't take them apart! Just sell them and buy a set of white LED door sills

Got to go with white as the sills really look great matching the door panel and interior LEDs.

I have blue ones then I changed all my lights to red so I bought white ones. Think I might sell the blue ones here soon if my local guy doesn't come through.

My car came factory with Blue Sills as part of the luxury pack. I think they changed to white after 07. Was wondering the same but I really don't mind the blue and I have full white LED interior too. I thought I would but it grew on me.
