id go with a lighter candy blue and make the custom paint job known!

blurples get old quick - especially since manufacturers havent really used blurples since the early to mid 90s. it will be a dated color right off the bat.

I think grey is a great color... But a grey like this Lambo:

Otherwise a white shade like the Lexus SFP is hawt... but I have a biased opinion since I have a 2011 IS in SFP!

I have a black ISF that I wrapped blue. For more pics: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...n-azure-4.html

Your paint looks like it´s in good shape? I would really recommend wrapping instead of painting... Your second hand value will stay higher, the cost is lower and if you will ever get tired of the blue you can just take it off and have your original paint in the condition you had before the wrap (unlike the paint which will obv suffer every day that passes...).

My personal favorite is Ford's SONIC BLUE...i do love the grabber, laguna seca, but not on a Lexus 4 door...but a crazy KuStOm candy met..etc. type of paint job would be too sweet to pass up.
