It doesn't look like he has been married long. He clearly hasn't learned the art of deception, which after 22 years of marriage becomes a necessity if one wants to enjoy life. Or sometimes just get through the day

so.. I have just installed it.. (those connectors are a pain in the ****!) relatively easy job other than that. Had no check engine light, no calibration. As far as I can tell driving a couple of miles, the steering wheel has definetly stiffened up and especially in power mode. I can't tell how i will feel after a while if I will just get adjusted to it but so far so good. Might get it calibrated soon but so far no issues and no lights!

Also have three kids so i have not been able to have spirited runs for a very long time now and probably still won't. lol so I can't fully test it like some other members on here.

wow so you used the old cars callibration to no ill effect for 5 years huh? interesting... maybe i will try it for a bit and see if i can get the same results as you and save some dough by not getting it recalibrated. five years and no issues with old cars callibration is an awesome achievement as most have recalibrated their old and new isf ecu's.

Same here. I have had mine for a few years now and have not had a need to get it calibrated and am not experiencing any issues.

If the anti-theft wheel lock is stuck on. No.
If the car has no power assist, you stand a good chance of crashing. You should have it towed for safety of others...

The main issue with the install is that you need a Techstream to do the initial calibration after installing the ECU, so it's not something you can do without access to a Techstream or Techstream Lite.
Just saying, the install itself will be relatively easy (it's just under the battery), however I'm not sure how DIY friendly it is, since you'll likely need a dealer to do the initial calibration after the install.
