My 06 IS350 has one DRL that doesn't light up when the headlights come on. I've got the factory HIDs.

High beams work fine
DRLs are fine without the headlights
With the headlights on, the driver's side DRL doesn't come on

Any ideas? I've got the V-LEDs DRL kit to install, but I don't really want to try installing something new if what's already there doesn't work properly.

Thoughts would be appreciated.

I think your talking about the city lights, because the drl's don't come on the same time as the headlights.

I think you mean the DRL as in driver and passenger correct? Yes, DRL's won't turn on when the low beam is on.

The way it was worded as in, driver's DRL does not light up but the passenger's side does! - yikes!!

Your Highbeam headlight is out I know this because it just happened to me yesterday an I had to replace my highbeam headlight an then your DRL will automatically pop back on.

that happens to my car too but when i tap the headlight it turns back on..

Thinking about changing them as well.
