Hi,

Before I head off to the dealer can anyone offer any advise on what I can try by my self?
neither the outer nor inner door handles/levers works. its like the cables connected to them have been dislocated since I dont feel any resistance when pulling on them.

That's strange! Have you tried pulling the inside handle and then push the door open from the inside? Maybe the rubber seal around the door is sticking to the door frame? Sometimes that kinda happens to me when I haven't opened the door/trunk in a while. I can hear the rubber seal peeling off the car as I open it.

My car did this a few months after I bought it new. Its and 07 that I bought in last 06. Took it to the dealer and they fixed it but never told me what was wrong with it. I think I still felt resistance though. Sorry not much help I know. But its not a big deal to fix. My was fixed for free under warranty.

Yes tried pushing/pulling harder. any harder I break something. ;-)
Guess dealer needs to look at this.
