Default In need of desperate help

Hi sorry if this question sounds novice but I don't have a clue on how to buy wheels for my tires. I need help and was wondering if you could help me out with this question I have on wheels.

I want to get the five axis s5-f wheels and i want to put them onto my 18' tires. I have hankook v12 front 225/40/18 and rear 255/40/18. The 5axis wheels come in the size 18x8.5. Also if you have the time could anyone help me out and tell me what these numbers mean. Any help is much appreciated.
Also i was wondering if I could switch out the center caps and put the f-sport ones that you can get from sewell.

here's tire rack's explanation of what those tire spec numbers mean.

and to answer your question, unless the center cap sizes are the same for both the f-sport caps and the 5axis caps, you won't be able to switch center caps.
