Ive seen other tech doing the piston ring replacement because they show some oil sign all over the piston... Maybe ur is carbon build up, does the VSC light come on? What gas u use? If u use like 87,89 octane gas can damage the motor... These motor recommend 92 and 93 octane.. What yrs is ur car?

Since it's not a recall that seems like it'd be a waste of time.

Great way to ruin your catalytic converters since race gas is often leaded.

If it's unleaded then it's just a great way to waste $ since the car is programmed for 91... anything higher won't do anything for you at all but cost more.

I'm aware of that
Putting racing fuel in my 250 is just retarded

amir, did the new pistons/piston seals/rings fix your carbon deposit or stuttering issue?

my wife's car's stuttering. we already had the top engine clean once, but it came back.
