Well...thanks to the freaking gust and crazy winds, the IS is all scratched up on all sides (driver, roof, hood, and deck lid). So I will have pretty much repaint the entire car and have filler on the roof for the deep scratches. Any suggestions where to go? I'm in Los Angeles.

But my question is really on the interior electronics. Now that car is no longer "factory" with this huge paint job and filler crap on the roof, I wanted to get a better audio. But don't know what is out there. Would like to have the steering wheel controls to continue to work. Want something with more display panels (I think the sound is pretty good now with factory speakers).

Any pics of your upgraded audio/nav system? Thanks.

Is insurance covering your car for the paint and everything?

Platinum VIP in Irwindale does amazing work on cars and a lot of Socal members take their cars there for repairs. Their work isn't cheap, but the result is excellent. Seen a lot of members rides that got painted there and they all look awesome afterwards! Definitely consider them if insurance is covering it or your willing to shell out extra out of pocket to get it done right the first time! Post in the SoCal section if you want more opinions though, you'll get a better response there!

Also, as far as the interior audio interface goes, a couple people have changed it, i don't think they look all that great, but they are decent. Might be able to find the thread(s) if you search lol
