Garax LED DRL
Hi everyone!
I am about to replace my high beam with Garax 6000K LED DRL, but before I do I wanted to ask what functionality you can do with it? Will you be able to turn it on and off, or would it stay on the whole time no matter what?
Also, does anyone have any 6000K and 8000K pictures on their IS? I'm not sure which one is the color that I want ..
Thanks!

Didn't know Garax made LED DRL's, but i wouldn't doubt it since i did read they make LED's somewhere before. As far as the functionality, with the decoder (needed), it will operate just like the factory DRL. That is, it will always be on when your headlights aren't on and you're in drive, and it will turn off when you turn your lights on. Like the post above me said, you will lose your high beam function as well. If you have HID headlights, you have bi-xenon headlights so you'll stick have some sort of high beam, but you wont have the DRL acting as a high beam as well anymore.
6000k = Pure white
8000k = Blue (but not deep blue like 10000k)

Wouldn't the DRL still be on even if you turn on your headlight? That's what I thought ..
And When I talked to them they told me 8000k = deep blue, that why I went with 6000K I do want a little blue .. err
