so sorry to see. Only positive is that you can get an 09' or 11' front since you need a new bumper, grill surround and maybe grille.

If you can get the security video to see if they find the vehicle and plate info. If they do, file a police report.

People are so ignorant these days. It's sad the person that hit you didn't have the integrity to at least leave a name and number on a note. But on the bright side, looks like you get to upgrade...post some pics of what you end up doing...

Dang, he (or she) backed up into your car really hard. People these days are never responsible for their actions, it's a shame. With Christmas around the corner hopefully you'll find some good deals on parts. Insurance should take care of it for you and like others have said you can always upgrade Good luck with everything and hope you'll get it fixed soon!

Wow, that's terrible. Looks like a Class 3 trailer hitch receiver got your bumper. I had one on my Suburban when a woman slammed into the back of me at a stoplight, reversed and tore off down the road. She had similar but more extensive damage, but my bumper and hitch didn't even have a scratch. Unless the person who backed into you got out and looked, they may be unaware of the damage they caused. If they were driving a heavy car or a truck, they may not have known they actually struck your car - the impact with that vinyl bumper can be soft and silent at low speed.

Sorry to here man... that sucks!! Definitely did more than just tap you... wow, what a careless driver. Obviously avoided leaving a note & contact number. Insurance should take car of it without raising your premium tho cause it was something that you could not avoid and you weren't even present. I don't believe hit & runs fall under "collision".

Hurts to see man... lots of IS's getting damaged these past few months...

I hate seeing this topics about hit and runs. It's happened to me before so I know how you feel. Hope things will work out, man.

Hmm, I guess if you want to upgrade to something, you could try the 2011 bumper with the F-Sport front lips.
