Bad Luck today. Went into Macy's to pay off a credit card came back out about 20 mins later and looks like someone backed up into my front end with a pole! Looks like I might just have to change the bumper / grill.. any idea guys/gals?

Omg I'm so sorry to see this. I think if you have insurance coverage it should be ok. Get a quote on how much it will be to fix then talk to your insurance? Similar thing happened to me a while back and insurance paid for it without raising my premium.

Btw I got my car from Serramonte too !

Dang, I really feel for you. Your insurance will take care of this as a no fault. Your rates should not increase at all. However, the bright side is if you've been wanting to any grill or bumper upgrades, now is your chance and it will end up being less expensive for you. You could do the upgrades and only have to pay the difference. :-)

Looks pretty bad.

that really sucks mnn..u should ask the security people @ the mall or macys for a video of where u were parked ..who knows u might get that cars plate number that hit u

for repairing, now is a chance to get a new/something different bumper
