Ok, I just finished installing this camera. It looks great, but the image quality is terrible compared to the camera that came with Flyaudio The image quality is like 30 yr old CRT monitor vs a modern HD TV. But, I couldn't stand the looks of Flyaudio camera, so I'm happy!

I was concerned about damaging trunk trim's paint and unfortunately I did. Thankfully I had matching paint and fixed it up.

Sounds Like you got a defective camera or you did not remove the protective film over the camera lense.

I removed the protective film and I know it's not defective because I have two of them. I read the spec on both cameras and the difference makes sense.
