He has done a couple of 2nd gen IS. Yes, the installer is aware of the AC controls. He is wrapping up the computer and keeping it behind the dash.
I went to visit today to take a look at the progress and everything is pretty much hooked up and it sounds clean!!! Tomorrow, they are going to work on the dash to make the double din unit fit in perfectly.
