I bought from him a carbon fibre Wald trunk spoiler. Payment was done 17th of september. First, he said that he put car in to the garage to remove from his car, after week-two - he said that guys brake spoiler so he can refunf me money or I can wait and garage will order new one. I decided to wait. Now we have end of december and I have no spoiler and no money. What I can do now??

 

You should have taken the refund when offered but maybe you wouldn't have gotten that to.
Not much you can do but wait and if nothing, expose the seller so no one else has a problem with him.

this was the BLACK BISON Wald CF spoiler that sold for $400 a couple of months ago?!

I truly hope it is a miscommunication and not what I initially thought, too good to be true.

if nothign else. i could refund you the money if needed. i just need to be back in town so i can put money in an initiate a transfer. "
I send a few msg after, he was online few days ago I didt got any reply.

 

If you paid through Paypal, file a claim if you still can. Otherwise, there's not much you can do. I guess you could post the username here and maybe DaveGS4 will open a can of whoop *** like he did not too long ago when someone filed a chargeback after buying a CL member's wheels

 

Sorry to hear about that Koksik.I thought you had it already.There is not much that you can do but perhaps he is telling the truth and he is really out of town.After all you ve been waiting all this time...

bring this to the moderators' attention. i'd also continue contacting the seller to have this resolved.

i don't think the moderators would appreciate one CL member (jilted buyer) throwing another CL member (seller) under the bus unless said seller had less-than-scrupulous intentions.

without all the facts, it's too early to jump to a conclusion.

 

I remember the guy who sold this, and if your reading this thread, do the right thing man, you would hate it if someone took your money like that.

Always choose the refund option! Isn't there a limitation of the amount of time one can place an issue with a Paypal transaction?

 

if you use paypal,i think you have 45 days after the said transactions to open a dispute.
