Take your medical bills+lost wages then multiply this between 2 and 10 times depending on the severity of your injuries. Average would be around 3 to 5 times. This will be your settling point with the other drivers insurance company since they are clearly at fault for pulling out in front of you. Don't settle for less.... don't give any information to the other drivers insurance company, and DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING. Wait until ALL of your bills are finished from treatment, then submit those + you settlement proposal. Do NOT let an attorney handle this for you for their rediculous 33% fee. All it is is record keeping. An attorney WILL NOT get you more than you can yourself. I know from personal experience.
Edit: Also property and personal injury claims will be two totally seperate things. Do not settle them together.

All I gotta say is glad to see you be able to sign on to your computer and post this, as opposed to something worse, as ****ed up as this may sound, everything happens for a purpose(flame suit)...
Materials can be replaced, a life can't. Good luck and I hope you get all your money.

You better get on the insurance company as fast as you can before parts start to disappear from your car. Most wrecking yards are not responsible for theft from anything on or in your car.
