Default Lost power to cabin lights and courtesy light???

I need help to figure out the reason for loosing the power to my interior lights and courtesy lights. I was trying to do the footwell lights, upon installing the footwell lights the lights just went out. For reference here is the link from vleds of the strip lights that i use(6inch):

Maybe check your fuse.

How do I check for fuse, I pushed door button. I also don't have footwell lights now
