I decided to pick up XXR 527 Hyper Silver on my is250: 18x8.75/18x9.75 +20 on 215/235-40 tires. It was too cheap not to buy!
Anyone else with the same set up? I read some sc300 posts, but wondering if anyone with is250's mounted these for daily driving!

as if you aren't already traction-limited in dry-weather conditions (yes, even the IS250 has enough torque to break out the rear wheels once in a blue moon), imagine what life will be like in less-than-optimal weather/road conditions.
and if you put a considerable amount of mileage on your 2is, those stretched tires won't last you very long - even moreso if you're lowered w/ less than optimal alignment specs.
seeing as to how you've already bought those wheels... well, it's your perogative.

high offset + wide wheels = stretching narrow tires.
