Airbag light on after inspection

Airbag light on after inspection
Hi all!
I took my car to get an inspection done this morning and I noticed the airbag light was on about 10 minutes after I started driving from the place of inspection so I'm not sure if the light was on when I started the car to leave or if it came on a little bit after I left. I called the place and they said they didn't do anything that would set it off and that all they do is hook my car up to a computer.
Does anyone know what could've possibly happened? Maybe when they were hooking up the computer to the car they bumped some wire? Maybe they stole my airbag? Maybe it was a big coincidence and whatever the problem is just happened to happen right after I got an inspection? Is there a way to reset this light or get a code out of it?
Please help! Any input would be much appreciated!
I did a search and almost everything I found was related to taking out airbags or doing something to the car and were mostly for other cars (mainly SCs). I have an is350.
Thank you!

When performing a state inspection in Texas there is nothing that is done that could cause the airbag lamp to come on.
The inspector connects the inspection machine to the OBD-II port and lets the inspection machine do its thing.
For the safety part of the inspection the inspector is required to do a short test drive to verify the brakes work and he does an inspection of the seatbelts, headlamps, tail lamps, brake lamps, horn, and does a brief underhood inspection looking for obvious problems with the brake master cylinder and power steering systems.
There is nothing in the inspection procedure that would cause the airbag lamp to be illuminated.
The airbag system is not part of the state inspection.
I would say that unfortunately, a fault occurred in your airbag system and it was coincidence that you just had it inspected.
Like they say ****** happens.
