as others said it sounds like the carbon build up. That happened to me in my 250 except i was going about 5mph and when i went to speed up the car had no power then those 3 lights came on and i had to pull over and turn it off then back on... As for your problem see if you can find the TSB and print it. Thats what i did that way the dealer is aware that you know about that TSB.
thx.

You can find the TSB related to the carbon build up issue as an attachment somewhere in the master carbon build up thread linked to above. Print it and bring it to your dealer. It explicitly states, as Kurtz said, that this issue is covered by powertrain warranty.
Anyone suffering from the carbon build up issue still under powertrain warranty whose dealer is saying it's not covered: print the TSIB, highlight the warranty section where it states it's covered by powertrain, and bring it to your dealer. I'd also complain to Lexus corporate, because that dealer is consciously lying to you.

One important note though, and this might be what some dealers are trying to say (even if they are doing it badly)-
If they run the diagnosis and it is the carbon issue (or anything else covered by powertrain) then there'd be no charge.
BUT...
If your issue turns out to be something other than the carbon buildup, and it's something that is outside the powertrain warranty, they might charge you the diagnostic fee to determine that... (plus of course the repair would be at your expense too if you have them do it)
The real problem with the carbon issue is that in some cars it's so intermittent they might fail to diagnose that as the problem (or might come back and say there's actually no problem they could find) and then charge you for their time looking.
So the folks with a serious case of this (ie frequent stalling/stumbling, the check engine light comes on, etc...) you're probably gonna be fine at the dealer....
For folks who have one stumble at a stoplight once, with nothing else, who bring it in waving the TSB around, you might end up with a diagnostic fee and no fix if they can't duplicate the issue.

Just left the dealer and got some info. They did confirm that carbon buildup IS covered by powertrain. I'm having the exact same issue. But unfortunately I dont have warranty. The technician then advised me to run seafoam..

I used the one for Sewell also.. but nvm.. problem solved. It appear when i install my Takeda Intake, i did not reset the battery so the system now notify that my fuel wasn't burn correctly (thanks to Autozone for engine light check). After that all i got to do is reset the battery then problem solved... LOL
