I had the "DISTRIBUTOR/HDLIGHT/T. SGNL " on my service history, and after I looked it up at the dealer, the service advisor told me that they use that code for warranty stuff so they can push extra warranty work on the vehicle about stuff we complain about!

It's had the valve spring recall and fuel leak recall done, so that's good. I don't see a dash rattle TSIB being performed anywhere in that service history, so check to see if you can hear any rattling from the dash. It's covered under warranty up to 4yrs/50k miles, since the last service was right before 50k, i'm assuming car is out of warranty (past 50k) at the moment. Also, looks like you got a 350, so you want to have the start up noise/cam gear TSIB performed too. Not seeing that on your service history, but its covered under the power train warranty (6 yr/70k miles) so if your still under that warranty, might want to try and get it performed.
