Molding polyurethane to metal isn't gonna end well. Especially opening and closing your trunk all the time. I could see it potentially cracking

I have a question, has anyone molded a polyurethane wald rep because I am having a hard time finding one made of fiberglass.
I would take most of what you hear on here with a grain of salt. you can definately mold poly and have it hold... Mine has been on for over 2 years and looks amazing. If the work is done right it will last. However, it would be a lot easier to use fiberglass if you can find it.

I got my first wald rep from bayson r. My second one from car king. Problem with molding PU is it can warp. Heat, or maybe if u have hard hitting subs. Etc.
