New guy
Hello everyone,
My name is mike, I have been on the forums for a month or so now. I just wanted to introduce myself. I do not have a is250 right now but am planning on getting one in a couple yrs or so! My parents and I are a toyota family, my dad owns a 2000 4 runner and my mom owns a 03 lexus es 300. I myself have a 2005 Scion tc. Thank you for all the info you have all posted in the past about this car. So many great feed back and the modding "which I will do when I do purchase my car" really does make the car one of a kind from all other makes and models. I plan on purchasing used because I dont have the sallary to buy new. Lol I also wanted a 4 dr car instead of a 2 dr car. I also want to have the feeling of "Hey I finally got myself a lexus" I dont know if you guys would feel the same way. But enough of that. I live in the southside of Chicago, by the Bridgeport area. I was looking for a 2010 or 2011 used as I will be purchasing one in about 3 yrs or so. the question is, is there any major recalls I should be looking for in those yrs? Thank you again for all the feedback that u guys/girls give such as wheel fitment diy's and so fourth. As soon as I get my car I will post up some pictures and home to meet some of the guys/ girls here in my area.

Does anyone have pictures of the 3rd gen? I do like the sfp 2nd gen. My favorite color. Some of the members with sfp 2nd gens are really nice! Not too flashy but you know its modified. Not like the other colors are nice, but I just like the sfp color. Thank you all for the friendly welcomes!

You said you won't be buying a car until 3 years from now. In 3 years time theres gonna be plenty of new cars coming out. Chances are you might change your mind. And if you don't at least the 2is will be significantly less than what it costs now.
