Yes I've searched but I all it did was bring up leds and real hids.
But anyway... for daytime running lights and fogs these would be really white and give off much better driving light than the leds. Does anyone here use them? If so, any pics? And what do you think of them?

First off, any halogen bulb that has colored glass WILL reduce the total visible light by reflecting back inwards the lower spectrum light that you're trying to "remove" from the system. Secondly, this non-emitted light will cause the bulb to become HOTTER, since it cannot escape the bulb, and must be attenuated by the mass inside the bulb. This will result in an overall shorter life span of the bulb, and for what? So that you can put an illegal (DOT) bulb in your car to please your eyes?
Not worth it IMO.
Also, your DRL's are just a lower voltage setting for your high beams. If you replace your DRL's, you'll replace your high beams, would you want the beams that are meant to output more light, to output less? Talk about a safety hazard.

I had those bulbs when I first purchased my car for everything. The lows, highs, and fogs. Not worth it for your DRLs. The noted color is when the bulb is at full power, your DRL will be yellowish regardless. Your high beams will be white though. For output, these bulbs do give out less light but the difference isn't that great. I eventually upgrading everything on my car to HIDs and while changing out the fogs, I compared those tinted bulbs to the HIDs and they were just a tad dimmer than the 35W HIDs. Up to you if you want them, I had them for a while and never complained about them. I live in the city where there's street lights everywhere so lowered light output was okay for me to achieve a whiter color.

i also had those bulbs wayyy back when they were first coming out for my honda prelude. they are absolute crap, the light output is reduced because of the coating applied to the bulb and then when the light is off, you can still see the color of the coating reflected in the housing, looks plain ugly if you ask me when off. i just didn't like them at all and was much happier after just getting a real hid kit
