Ok, I just disconnected the P28 plug from the amp. All is good, no mids!
Thanks for all the imputs from you guys, I enjoy the feedback on this site. Electronics are no always the easiest to figure out, in this case it didn't work. But all is back together with no damage.

you know just a thought but what if shes turns it up louder now to compensate for the mids not being there then shes ruins the other speakers...

I think she does that anyway. Now at least she isn't gonna get people around her mad with the boom. On a good note, she ain't getting the car back for some time! My ex bought it for her and she totally abused it. Scratches, filth, and a bunch of canisters (approx. 50 empty) from, you guessed it, medical marijuana. She's got a long way to go before this car goes back to her, if it ever does. Next screwup and it's out the door. Been wanting to do that for a long time, but you know moms. She lives with her mom and the last 5 yrs has been hell for mom. I've been telling my ex to practice tuff love for so long. Now I think she's got it and we will see results when she has nothing, and I mean nothing. Where are her friends now that she used to drive around and supply for? She going absolutely no where at this point in her life but to party all the time. Should be interesting to say the least, hope the ex follows through this time. I know, I ranting, but as a dad I don't want anything happening to her even though she is messing up badly.
