Thinking of selling her...

Here's a tip I wish I'd had before I sold my E55 back in January. First thing you should do when even thinking about selling your car is post a listing on eBay classifieds, Lexus forum classifieds, and maybe Craigslist. All of these are free, so there's no downside. The reason I wish I'd known this is that when I was selling my car, I paid for a $50 Cars.com listing at the same time as listing on those free sites. I got tons and tons of interest from my eBay and forum postings, and exactly zero inquiries from Cars.com. So the Cars.com and Autotrader paid ads are a waste - you can get the same or better results using free channels.
Also, don't post your email address or phone number in any of the above listings. This is exactly how your cell phone number gets crawled and picked up for spam texts/calls. Let prospective buyers contact you through eBay, forum private messaging, etc.

i use craigslist, car forums alot when buying/seling cars. i have a separate email for this type of use, email easier to reply right away, instead of logging in to forums etc. in the ad, i mention combine all, no space, example @ yahoo . com
for phone numbers, this is up to u, i use google voice text and calls and when i type phone number in the ad, i dont type it like 310. i type three1zero. dont know if its true, suposably it helps with those auto spamming. you can always change you google voice for free.

Sign up and they will give you a free number. Just change the settings online after that to forward calls (And texts if you want) to your real number. Once you sold the car, just disable the forwarding and you're good to go till the next time you need it
