New to Lexus and New to CL
Greetings Everyone
Name is Sean ****, currently living in the 626 area of SoCal. I am 18 years old and I received a 06 IS250 for my graduation present! To some of you, it may not be much or it may be a pretty old car. But to me, it's a very nice ride. I had the car for about five months now but I decided to finally look through the forums and joined it not too long ago! I plan to do some mods to it in the near future, but it won't be some heavy or expensive mods. Most likely be getting the replicas and what not since I am currently attending College and quite tight on money.
My baby is loaded with Nav and Premium Sound. (I don't know what the differences are between Premium and ML) but they produce a decent sound quality for normal drives. My car is also quite a special color, which I don't see too often!
IF you guys want, share some cheap but great looking mods that I can do to this car! It is currently all stock right now and if you have time, please look at this link regarding my rear speakers going bad! Thank you and see you guys around!

Dang, don't see a DSM running around a lot. That should be a fun colour to mod and play around with. It'll make you stick out!
Everyone has their definition of "inexpensive".
What are you looking to accomplish with your car? What kind of theme do you want (VIP, Function > Form, ect.)? Take a look at the FAQ's sticky at the top of the 2IS section -- SO much awesome information it'll blow your mind.
While you're at it, rummage through the classifieds... you can find some great deals here and there

Nice ride - I have seen some pictures of another DSM IS on the forum that looked REALLY good. Maybe one of the Vossen shoots. I will see if I can find it and post a PIC. Get the mod juices flowing.

Thanks guys for such a warm welcome!
I will surely do some mods here and there but do any of you guys have suggestions for mods that are not so expensive? I was thinkin about the Wald replica front and bason r back with quad exhaust!
I saw the DIY Matt black emblem page and I'm going to attempt it tomorrow
Noob question but what does DSM stand for? I'm assuming it has to do with the color!
