Check yourself into the hospital to assure nothing was fractured or torn. After which you want to keep an eye on your body for a few weeks or even months. It's possible pains can develop later.
As far as your car, it will either be repaired or require replacement. Although the outside damage can be repaired, you want to check for any frame damage or buckling. If there's any buckling, you'll need to get a new car. Your insurance and body shop will take care of that for you. You shouldn't have any issues claiming for repairs since you're not at fault.

Hang in there man....I know it sucks. My accident was four years ago to the day. Document everything, all doc visits and get checked out thoroughly. Pains and problems could pop up days from now and you need to have it all on record.
As far as the car, it looks like it took it very well. It can be fixed, so don't worry too much.
