Ok...to everyone that has answered...thanks..but I'm going to write this up from the top to help make a list of possible reasons of my problem.

I changed spark plugs. During the change,I had my torque wrench set at 18 ft.lbs. I had to stop working for a while and when I started again, the torque wrench was set at around 16 1/2 or 17. I used that setting on the front driver side plug. I changed it back to 18 and finished the rest of the plugs. Upon hooking the battery back up... I had my got on the gas pedal while the car was doing the loading and stuff... Then I started the car and got a mini explosion... My friend said that it sounded like around the area of the front driver side plug... There was also a small amount of oil on the plug I pulled out from the driver side closest to the fire wall... I hear that might be my problem.... I thought I had over detonation and that was the cause of the small piece of metal flying around in the engine.... Not sure unneeded I remove plug caps and look into vents.... Any and all suggestions/responses would be appreciated
