I agree with the above poster. Sway bars are super easy.
You need 3 things to do it perfect.
Jack + Jackstand (1) - $40 for a solid set
Socket Set (2) - $40-60 for a decent set
Torque Wrench (3) - $20 from autozone
Jack the car up. Take off plastic covers with (I think) 10mm socket. Unscrew stock sway bars, this part could be hard I had to use a hammer handle to get leverage on the socket wrench to move the screw. Put new sway bars on and pretighten. Take your torque wrench and tighten them to the right specs. Put on plastic covers, lower car, enjoy!
Took me less then an hour to do front and rear and I'ma noob.

Search the "Suspension and Brakes" sub-forum for the "official F-Sport sway bar thread". This gives everything you need to know to DIY.
What year and mileage is your car? Posters here are right that it's a very simple job, however there can be a major complication. If it's older, the bolts attaching the sway bar to the endlinks are likely rusted over and it's going to be a pain. I installed the rear sway on my 2007 IS350 with 56k miles and it took at least 2 hours just to get the bolts loose. If it's a newer car, it'll take 30 min.
In any case, that thread will answer all your questions.
