Called the dealer back. He said they wouldn't cover the cost of the alignment since Lexus is not at fault with the car. The fault lies with the improper work of the Lexus dealer that performed the valve recall and messed it up. What he claims is they are trying to not get me in the middle of it. I'm sure if I really pushed it I could get it to where the other dealership compensates me for the alignment as well, but I'm not pushing it since I'll be replacing the tires very soon anyway. Lexus is writing the check to my dealership to pay for the work, but they are then going after the old dealer that screwed up. He did say they might pay for my tow and will look into it. My guess is they will probably stick that on the other dealership as well. I'll find out more from him tomorrow when I pick up the car.

Just got home...runs great and sounds perfectly normal. They said to call Lexus and explain the tow situation to them and they should reimburse me if I send them my receipt. I'll call them tomorrow since it's later in the day and I'm tired after being in the car since noon.
Overall I'm very happy with how Lexus handled it. A few things I wish the dealer would have done, namely keep me more in the loop with what was going on, but overall a positive experience.
