Yes. 12x1.5mm will work.

Do your rims require tuner style lugs?

Im not sure. I heard that most aftermarket wheels are not compatible with the stock ones. Or else I have no problem using the stock lugnuts. How can I find out if they do or not. The Concept One website does not say anything about it.

Ask the wheel manufacurer what lug nuts those wheels accept. More than likely an acorn type seat; so those lugs will be fine.
