Yeah your damage is not that bad, definitely repairable.
(unfortunately for you I guess? lol)

Good thing you had a great car to keep you safe. Glad you're doing well. Sorry to see your car totaled.

Great to hear you're OK. It's sad to see your car like that. Hope something will work out and you can find another car that you will like.

What were you doing on the road at 3 AM? lot of crazy drivers out there.

I hope no one was seriously hurt.

Oh man, that's awful news! Thank goodness you are alright.
Funny thing sometimes about side accidents that hit the wheel instead of the car's body. The wheel and axle have no give, which often spins the car around worse or with more force, than compared to a sheetmetal impact. My A4 accident was just like yours, but at the front wheel. The body of the car wasn't all that damaged, but the axle, subframe, and suspension was damaged so bad, the repair bill equalled a total loss also. I'm on the fence which type of impact is worse. At least your airbags went off. Mine did not thanks to the wheel impact.

Sucks that you were in an accident, but at least you are ok and that the car is totalled. Cars are hardly ever the same after such an accident.

The Lexus saved you from what could have been a horrible incident in your life. I'd say another Lexus would suit you well.

I like your rear camber ;p

But all jokes aside, at least you're okay. Just make sure you follow up with some medical attention to make sure you don't have any other potential problems.

As far as a car, pick up a cheap beater until the next IS comes out

wow, good thing you're ok. Threads like this always remind me to drive more carefully, but sometimes there's nothing you can really do :-/
