Default Part number of your LED rear turn signals

Your setup looks great. What's the rear turn signal LED you used? Can you post a link to where I can purchase the rear turns signal LED? Did you have to put in line resistors for the turn signals so they wouldn't blink too fast?

That is JLC's 7443 CREE LED. They 7440 is the correct type and 7443 also works as well. They can be used for both front and rear turn signal lights.

There isn't a link for them however you can get them from CL Forum Vendor, BAUSauto which is JLC. Send a PM to them for inquiry.

You would need to put load resistors for the turn signals. In my test, I put on the hazards therefore they were not hyper-flashing. I am in the works of experimenting with a turn signal relay and changing it with a lower resistor value inside the relay itself so it can work without hyper-flashing; therefore can work without the use of a load resistor because a load resistor would defeat the purpose of LEDS is deisnged to be low powered.

For one thing to note. Make sure they are installed in the socket with the correct polarity. This is because even if you install them incorrectly they still light. The catch is that they will not quite be at full brigthness and it is noticable when looking at the SMD such that you can see the 3 points of light comming out of the chip and sort of dis-colored. Connecting it the correct way, you will notice the full brightness and cannot really see the points since it is so bright.
