I own both cars 2012 IS350 (hers) and 2008 G37S Coupe (mine) and the driving experiences are no where identical... i like the smooth get up and go power i get from driving the IS350, its very comfortable and rides like a dream. But i love the killer top end of the G37S and the more sporty drive... i say take it for a test drive and get the feel for the G37, if you dont like it you still got your IS. If you get a chance to drive a G with the 7AT, those IMHO have the best of both as far as driving experience, but lack the luxury feel of the Lexus. Just my $0.02 GL with your choice
Like others have said already, your mainly going to get a biased answer here, go check out the G37 forums and see what they say. Id say go test drive the G37 and see how you like it. Honestly I prefer Lexus because the interior in our cars are a lot better than the G IMO
It came down to the g37 sedan or the is350. Two main reasons why I got the is350, I think it looks better and the "Lexus" brand is moar upscale than infinity IMHO. The only advantage for the g37 for me was a bigger rear seat but I didn't care about that so much. But you've already had one, so I'd say the g37 is a good alternative.

TRUE ! the interior in the IS is so much nicer than the G Sedan/ Coupe... My Fiance's IS is growing on me so much that im considering getting an IS-F if that helps any... Just get an IS-F, Luxury, Sporty, and Drive all into one but back to topic, just go to the nearest stealership and take a test drive in a G and then go from there my friend...
Either one good but instead of another 350 why not an IS F? Find a good used one in the 30k range.
Funny i was just writing my other post and said the same... im gonna have to 2nd this suggestion, once they redesign the IS-F youre sure to find the older models for cheaper... Im waiting too
EDIT: I drive both cars, the G and the IS on a daily basis... I say test drive and go from there
Everybody is recommending him different cars M3 or İS-F. Well if his budget allows him to buy ose cars then I think he should get GT-R35 2012 0-60 in 2.8 sec and mpg is the same as IS-F.
