i would like to know more about this too. i also have a 2010 IS250, but it looks like this NAVTOOL does not support 2010 model. here is its website: http://www.navtool.com/is2.aspx

another option is vaistech ML+ http://www.vaistech.com/dev/mlp.php
it cost $50 more, but more functions.

True all of them say 2005 - 2010 model. I heard that the 2010 is the first model with the usb port? if this is true maybe it has something to do with it. I'm calling all of this companies soon. Hope i can get an answer for us.

NavTool is a PLUG & PLAY installation harnesses are made using OEM connectors.
plug the vehicles OEM wiring harness into one end of the wiring harness provided with the converter module, then plug the other end of the converter harness into the location where the vehicles wiring harness was. Then connect 12V power, ground, and backup camera wire if installing back-up camera. The installation is really that simple. from there you need the cable for your idevices or external dvd player/media player

No just a small little device that plug right into the oem unit. From there u can hook up anything with RCA inputs, will not mess with your nav or cd changer
