Rolled my rear fenders and a line of wax/plastic wore off?
I rolled my rear fenders today only to find out that there is a thin line of a wax or plastic like substance that runs along the entire edge of fender that was rolled. Parts of it scuffed off and it appears that this wax like substance was under the coating of paint. Anybody know what this is for or if I should do anything to seal/protect my fender edge?

That is sealant, protectant, sound deadening (when your tire kicks up the rocks)
Your fender should be OK as long as the bare metal is not exposed or can't be seen.
Picture would help to evaluate/justify the risk.

Yeah.. It's a sealer for the seam that joins the inner and outer sections of the metal fender edges..
Which is all painted the color of your car..
You can buy some touch up paint and cover all the exposed areas..

Ok, from the picture the paint was cracked and peeled off leaving greyish suface underneath. That greyish surface is actually the metal sheet that was undergone the zinc phosphate rust prevention process. The surface itself is already rust prevented. But for a better peace of mind and extra protection, you can do what ihazabonar suggested above.
