Default Any Angle Eyes out there?

This mod looks really nice to me having angel eyes looking sharp!. I was wondering if theres anyone out there that has done this mod to the IS. I saw like 1-2 when I was searching but, it was sometime ago and I want to see if there's any others because I have some questions.

You guys think it's a good idea? any comments whether it's good or not.

It's up to you whether or not you want to do it. I think angel eyes look the best on BMWs but on the flip side the 2IS seems to be able to pull it off better than say, a Civic.

There are some people who dislike it...

Have you considered 2011 headlights? The LED strips goes better with our cars... plus, you won't get people calling your car a "BMW wanna be".

But if you really like the angel eyes, then go for it

I've seen a moped have angel eyes. Please...leave them to the Bimmers.

I think they look awesome when the car with the angel eyes is cruisin towards you, mean as hell. But I'm biased when they're on cars OTHER then bimmers.. so i would agree with shadowman by getting the 2011 headlights with the LED strip, even though they cost an arm and a leg just for headlights!

It's been done before. djkhanvict had green ones in his DSM at one point. Several others have had them too.

The only thing about our headlights is that the high beam is not a perfect circle... So the halo/angel eyes will be cut off.

I've always liked them for our car, but seems like everyone who has done them had problems and hated the resultant of re-doing them. I baked the lights once to paint them, and theyre a PITA to reseal, I do not want to go through that process ever again.

I had them. Then they burnt out due to the heat. Now I have the LED headlights from sewell after $1800 later. I'd go that route to be honest. The LED strip looks better then the halo

+1. They've gone the way of tight-rolled Z. Cavariccis. Sure, they look good, but LED is where it's at now!

Seen some in person, didn't like the look at all on our cars... Leave em to the beamers, if you want to do LED's in the headlight best bet is to go the MYLED route.
