Default Questions about the problems I'm having with my IS350!

Recently, I'm been getting problems with my IS350 popping up every week. First, the "Check VSC" light came on. Then the "Check Engine" light has been coming on and off randomly. Then my car makes a squeaking sound when the wheels rotate every time it's cold. Yesterday, the ABS light came on. Now today, when driving to get food, in "S" mode, when I'm approaching 4K RPM's, it does a loud grinding sound for about 3-5 seconds and goes away. So just wanted some feedback before I visit the dealer in the future.

1) Has anyone gotten an ABS light before? I don't think there's any problems with my ABS cause it snowed today and my ABS kicked in like normal when I was coming out of my garage.

2) There's a squeaking sound every time the wheels turn once whenever the car is cold. My friend says it could be my brake pads or shims. Is it a problem with the brakes?

3) Anyone gotten problems with their water pump or heater? My car makes a strange sound when idling and everyone keeps telling me it's a problem with my tensioner or water pump. I also notice my heater blows out cold air when it's cold outside. When I put the car under load or accelerate hard, the heater instantly blows out hot air for about a few minutes but goes cold again.

4) Now the grinding sound I hear. Every time I'm about to hit 4K RPM's, it would do a loud grind like something is about to fall apart and goes away after 3-5 seconds or if I'm accelerating hard, it'll grind and go away really fast. Never noticed this until today. Could this have anything to do with my valves?

5) Anyone know the torque specifications for the tensioner? I want to see if that is an issue but have no idea how tight it should be.

Didn't you repair the car yourself after your accident?

Yeah but the accident had nothing to do with the car mechanical wise. It was simply replacing the messed up pieces with new ones. Just in the shop for paint and frame work. Can't see how this would affect the engine. Before the accident, it was making a weird sound but I thought it was normal until I've been visiting local CL members after the accident and none said their car makes this noise.

Heat issue could just be low on coolant. I had the same thing...cold at idle, warm the second the rpms came up.

I think I currently have a bad tensioner. It's making a chirping/squealing/rotational noise. Using a long screwdriver as a stethoscope, I'm pretty sure it's the tensioner pulley...and you have to replace the entire assembly I believe. I doubt the torque on the bolt is an issue.

Hmm, that is very helpful. This is the exact problem I have, when I'm driving, the heat works perfectly but when my car is idle, it blows out cold air. I did detach my radiator to take out the bent radiator support and maybe a cup or two of coolant was lost but when I look into the overflow tank, it's halfway between max and min.

I tried but the camera doesn't pick up the normal sound I hear. The loud engine ticking and my exhaust makes it impossible to hear. The other grinding sounds I get when starting up my car or driving is really random and whenever I got the camera, it never does it but when I'm not recording, it does it but goes away lol.
