Default Any ideas for simple but effective starter mods?

Hey guys,

I have recently picked up a 2007 IS250 AWD and it is sweet!

The blind spots are kinda big and I can't fit my snow board in it through the trunk as a seat doesn't pull up, but I can put it sideways in the back.

It's a nice car and am looking to do a few nice things to it like tint the windows. What else can I do thats effective yet simple? Any ideas?

Thanks,
Therapist

Looks or performance?

Looks, you can get redouts to eliminate the yellow in the taillights it's about $10 really cheap. You can wrap/paint your grill bezel it's also a subtle change. Roof spoiler, $60. There's a lot out there!

Start off by naming your objectives on how you want your car to be.

What's your budget?

Window tints is not a bad start

Redout the amber on your rear turn signals.

You should see the cars that come in for service and where their mirrors are positioned.... useless.

Depending on budget my favorite mods have been:

FSPORT INTAKE 288.00 Installed myself
FSPORT SPRINGS 222.00 = 350 Install
Meda LinQ Plus 425 Installed myself
Tint 150

Those are the ones I would do right away if I started over I think. Oh and you know there is a ski door that opens up the trunk to the back seat right? I took my door off so its always opened, im not sure how wide a snow board is so that might not help you out much but just thought id point it out.

Good luck!

Definitely do the rear swaybar first. Makes a big difference in how the car handles.

Plasti dipping your grill and emblems is another simple mod. Very cheap too
