Sorry I didn't get the photos - I was so tired and wanted to get it finished - Took me almost 5 hours...
As for the bumper cover mod - its primarily the round dust cap on the new headlights (bottom of head lamp - which houses the LED strip) that get in the way. So you have to cut around them. I suggest a powered hand saw or hot knife. It took me forever to get the ballast out on the first try and much faster the second try.

Darrel @ Sewell - Any thoughts in creating a modified bumper bracket to sell or including one in the kit for extra $$ - I'm sure it'd be easier for your shop to machine/smooth the necessary mods.

Plug and Play is relative. Its plug and play from a plug to plug perspective (meaning the connection to your car's power plug, But you still need to remove your old bulbs (and ballast which is a pain) or provide new ones. You may as well get new HID bulbs, new high beams (9005), and bllnker bulbs since you've already taken your bumper apart.
