Bro, last post in this thread was made in May. You just revived this thread to insult a guy who was probably being sarcastic and made that comment so far back ago that he's probably not even active on this forum anymore.

Terminal 30 goes to your ignition power source, 85 goes to the low beam +12V wire, 86 goes to ground, 87 goes to the 50% power on the LED strip, and 87a goes to the 100% power on the LED strip.

This will have the LED's at 100% when the car is on with the headlight switch in position 0 or 1, they will drop to 50% if the headlights are turned on (low or high).

I just bought the 2012 headlights from ebay. Which wire is the low beam +12v that goes to pin 85 on the relay?

I hope people get that Canadian models are unable to remove DRL in software only USA models with specific ECUs. For Canada we need to install a relay but since this site is **** for wiring diagrams and now google charges for everything its a damn pain in the ***.

The place to get them now is on ebay or the dealer -- they're going to be close to $2000.

It's probably best to get the aftermarket triple LEDs that's in the other threads.

If you want the OEM look, you can get the DEPO headlights from ebay, but be prepared to live with the very bad light output or retrofit it with LED bulbs for a few hundred more. https://www.ebay.com/itm/fit-06-10-L...O/312030408112

There's a guy selling on Ebay new and used and they are prewired for 2006-2010. I think they run from $1900 to $1400.

No one on this thread looking to get rid of their lights before trade in or sale? I'm restoring my 190k IS350, it will go to a good cause!

Jesus.. I looked through this entire thread and a few others from different forums and there's not a direct simple answer for wiring these headlights. One guy said to T-Tap the white with black line (which can work, it does provide ground).
All you have two do is move two wires. solid red and solid green. I'm not sure on the pin order number so I made a picture. This is on the passenger side headlights. The driver side, the harness is flipped around but same order.

I'm 99% sure Sewellparts did this before they sold the lights to people calling them "plug and play" which is true. This wiring will make the LED run at 100% in the running light position and headlight on position. It will not keep the lights running on when the car is on ACC/On/Engine start like how all 13+ and modern cars do now days with DRL. If you want that feature you need to make your own relay which was already mentioned by Jeff Lange. This car normally uses DRL at 6volt for the high beam bulbs. There is a pin that supply this power. My idea is to move the green solid wire to that pin, pull the DRL relay in the fuse box and add another relay that gives it 12v. That way you can have direct plug and play without making a harness but piggy backing on the OEM DRL wiring but swapping the voltage style.

I looked through all 747 posts on this thread and could not find the part #'s to order. Can someone post the right part #'s? I found the bracket part numbers and the relay part #'s but not the numbers for the actual headlights.
