Because they don't seem to be answering questions on their own thread!

They should pay you commission for each sale they make Joe!

Guys I need help with these questions
1. The stripped headlights come without the ballast and bulbs, the question is-- Do I have to take the brand new headlights apart to add the ballasts?
2. Can I simply transfer the ballasts (I don't care if I open my old headlights) from my current HID lights?
3. Do the current HID bulbs that I have fit the new headlights?

Any answers on this matter is appreciated. Thanks!

i feel like we keep going over this over and over again....the answers are simple did your car come with stock HIDs? If no then you need the loaded headlights, your asking about transfering so I am assuming it did come with HIDS then you order the stripped version and yes you transfer everything over to the new housing. Search on the 2011 headlight and youll find people talking about what they did with lots of pics. However I think those guys just bought lights that were not wired up like Sewells.

So you mean that I have to take the brand spanking new headlight apart to transfer the ballast from my old headlight? If that's the case, I will just have to forget about it. There are chances that the new headlight will get foggy if I don't seal it right...

I beleave the ballast sit under the headlight if I remember correctly. So you don't open it up.

anyone know how many amps these leds will draw ? I'm thinking to tap it to my fuse box. Do you think 10 amp fuse would be good ?

Is this procedure dangerous (fire hazard)? If not, I would rather tap to acc fuse as well. Anyone have any ideas? I wouldn't like to turn on my lights so I can have the LEDs light up...

Many people hardwired their radar detector, led strips, portable gps to acc or accessories fuse so I don't it should be a problem
